Certificate submission requirements
Submissions must meet the following requirements for us to process your delegate certificates. We advise ensuring your data is correct, as resubmission will delay the 28-day processing time.
How to Complete the Spreadsheet
- All delegate names must be listed in the spreadsheet, not in the email.
- No symbols or special characters in delegate names, use English alphabet only.
- Do not add additional columns to the template.
- Ensure all columns are filled, no empty cells or rows.
- Use the dropdown for Activity Type, click the top cell of the Type column to select.
- CPD training must be certified, including events with 'in principle' certification.
- CPD training must have taken place, no future dates.
Submission & Certificate Processing
- Your completed spreadsheet must be sent to certificates@cpduk.co.uk, submissions to other addresses may not be processed.
- Include your membership number in your email, this can be found on your membership certificate or by contacting our team.
- Confirm activity date(s) in your email, Excel may automatically reformat dates.
- Each delegate needs their own individual email address, we cannot send multiple certificates to one inbox.
- Batches are processed within 28 days, we are unable to fast-track requests.
- Each batch has its own processing window from confirmation, delegates cannot be added once submitted.
- For missing certificates following issuance, advise delegates to check their email for their certificate link.
Please note: We communicate directly with CPD provider organisations, not delegates. If corrections are needed, your spreadsheet must be submitted to us again — this will restart the 28-day processing time.
