As part of an active CPD membership, each provider is listed in the Member Directory. Your CPD Member Directory profile page will include a brief description about your organisation, as well as a link back to your website, social media links and a general contact button. All CPD members are able to have one Member Directory profile for their organisation, which may also have published all the approved CPD courses, events and articles for users to view and validate that activities have been reviewed by our Assessments team.
We provide one profile page per membership organisation, and so any organisation that wishes to have multiple directory pages would require separate memberships (and membership numbers) for each profile, followed by submitting the relevant training under that specific membership number to be approved and allocated to the corresponding member directory page.
If you have multiple brands that you would like to outline on your current member directory page, you are able to include this information in the available organisation title and description section where relevant. This may help a user of the website to identify the different brands in use. We would typically recommend that organisation description is kept to a maximum of 100-120 words for general usability for website visitors. Please note that a membership profile page includes a single organisation logo and one website link.
CPD Providers from across all industries
The CPD Member Directory is a simple way to list all of the thousands of CPD providers from across the industries, as well as any approved training courses, events and informal articles they may have submitted for review and approval. Each CPD provider is able to update the text on their profile page in the following sections:
- Organisation details and description
- Course titles and descriptions
- Event titles and descriptions
Relating to the CPD search bar it is a simple plain-text search that will look for the relevant words or phrases if included within the organisation details, as well as the course or event titles and descriptions. If you are not currently appearing in search results for any particular terms or phrases, please kindly review the text on your CPD Member profile page to ensure the specific words or phrases are within the body content and descriptions.
How to make amendments to your CPD Member page
If you are looking to make amendments to your organisation description please provide us with the updated content so we can review and make the necessary changes where suitable. If you are looking to make amendments to either your courses or events, please contact our Assessments team directly to update them of the desired changes.
